Sources Sought: Catholic Coordinator of Religious Education/USMC Religious Ministries Directorate (RMD) 29 Palms CA 92278

The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office located in Twenty-nine Palms, CA is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e.

Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges.

The anticipated Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 813110 size standard $13 million. The government contemplates a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract under Subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, with a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) 12 month option periods.

The potential requirement is to provide Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE) service to assist the Assistant Chief of Staff, Religious Ministries Directorate (AC/S RMD) in the coordination of all Catholic programs, religious education, events and activities in accordance with the guidance set forth by the Navy Chaplain Corps and the Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) (http://www.milarch.org). for Catholic Masses and managing the schedules of the priest to conduct Mass in the absence of an assigned Priest. This position shall entail evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Place of performance: Assistant Chief of Staff, Religious Ministries Directorate (AC/S RMD) Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twenty-nine Palms CA 92278.

Note: In Accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104-1: To be determined responsible, a prospective contractor must:

1. Have adequate financial resources to perform the contract, or the ability to obtain them
2. Be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments;
3. Have a satisfactory performance record.
4. Have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics
5. Have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them (including, as appropriate, such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors).
6. Have the necessary production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them; and
7. Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
