The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0007, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Security Fence requirement.

This award will be a 90-day period of performance.

This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332323 with a size standard of 500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, and Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics for this requirement which is to deliver the fencing as described to Ellsworth AFB, SD. Installation is not required.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 1:30pm on 28 April 2023 to June.Lee.3@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote_ FA469023Q0007_Solicitation_ Portable Security Fence”.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
