SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to participate in a competitive acquisition of ECOLAB Brand Name supplies and services in support of Commander, Commander Navy Region Southwest from Authorized Distributors per the attached Performance Work Statement. ECOLAB Brand Cleaning chemicals and services shall be required at 6 of CNRSW Galleys. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325612 with a size standard of 750 Employees. The contract terms will be for one year. The anticipated award dates is 01 September 2023. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in June 2022. The resulting Task Order is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Disclaimer: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. The Government intends to set-aside this acquistion to small businesses. As a result, the Government is performaing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requiested to reply to this notice with a response. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any, will be set-aside for small business competition. PROJECT INFORMATION: Provide ECOLAB brand name cleaning chemicals, supplies and services in support of CNRSW. DESCRIPTION: See the attached PWS. MUST BE AN ECOLAB AUTHORIZED SUPPLIER. The contractor shall be certified to properly install all dispensing equipment and provide the services. The contractor shall provide qualified employee service representatives necessary to properly maintain and repair various dispensing equipment at no additional charge to the government.
