The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Airfinity Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, UK; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires specialized information for Covid-19 diagnostic, theraputics global time serices and geographic data for an ongoing statutory report. A subscription to Airfinitys covid-19 data platform will satisfy this need. Period of Performance for this subscription is six months form the time of award.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
