The Naval Air Systems Command PMA-265 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) delivery order to Boeing under the Boeing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00016-16-G-0001) for the repair of two (2) Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Barrier Arresting Kit (BAK)-12/14b Aircraft Arresting Systems (AAS) located on runways 12R and 30L at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (KSTL). Repair work includes teardown, repair/replacement, installation, proof load and pull testing, qualification and rolling engagement flight certification in accordance with Technical orders (TOs) 35E8-2-5-1 and 35E8-2-8-1.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18A-D, F/A-18E/F, and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort.
