THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service (NPS), The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM). Cades Cove Campground Townsend, Blount County, Tennessee.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to remove up to (12) existing degraded asphalt parking pads and replace with 6¿ of concrete
to the same dimensions at multiple parking sites throughout the Cades Cove Campground. Number of pads will be determined based on available funding.

This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about March 1, 2023 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on
Federal Business Opportunities by March 1, 2023, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar
days once posted.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System NAICS code is 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, Size standards in millions of dollars

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated

The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal
Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or
debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and
enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM
prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME of Award.
