The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico and Tohatchi, New Mexico intends to negotiate two single source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Dental Crafts Lab INC and Keating Dental Arts INC for removable dental prosthetic appliances. Items include, but are not limited to:

Flexible fully fabricated, flexible partial set up, flexible partial process, complete denture, denture set up, denture process, partial with clasps, partial set up, partial process, custom tray, record base, occlusal rims, hard night guard, dual laminate bite guard, diagnostic wax-up, denture repair, record base and occlusal rim full or partial, denture repair teeth, trim cast immediate dentures, and template vacuum formed.

The period of performance is 2/14/2023 through 12/31/2023. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114- Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

No further awards will be made unless Gallup Service Unit’s needs change. Any vendor believing themselves to be capable of providing the required items are encouraged to submit a capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to Gallup Indian Medical Center’s Point of Contact for this action. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the Notice of Intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
