The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a sole source (Sole Source Myers Emergency Power Systems) Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 13. FLC Norfolk has been tasked to procure a firm fixed price type contract for Myers Emergency Power Systems semi-annual maintenance in support of Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston, Detachment Chesapeake, VA. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2) for a sole source acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310, Commercial or Industrial Machinery and Equipment repair and maintenance, with a Size Standard of 12.5 million. This prospective Request for Quote (RFQ) will be processed utilizing -Other Than Full and Open Competition.
