Accommodation Services for USAG Wiesbaden

This is a Sources Sought only, issued on behalf of U.S. Army Wiesbaden, to gather market research information of any vendors that are capable of meeting the requirements listed in the attached questionnaire. A Solicitation with Requirements Specifications may be issued at a later date by the designated procurement office.

Basic Requirement:

The Contractor shall provide accommodation services, in the form of fully furnished & equipped properties. The eligible property or properties should fulfill a number of characteristics, as these are listed above and represent the minimum requirements, as these are set by the designated procurement office. Interested parties are required to complete and return the attached questionnaire with any additional information, pictures, floorplans and marketing materials of the properties referenced in the questionnaire.

531110 “Housing authorities owning and operating residential buildings”.

Location:

The location of the eligible property/properties should not be outside a radius of 15 kms from the Clay Kaserne, in Erbenheim, US Army Wiesbaden.

Period of Performance:

One (1) 12-month Base Year and two (2) 12-month Option Periods.

Anticipated Contract Type:

Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

GOVERNMENT QUESTIONS FOR INDUSTRY:

1. Are the requirements identified in the Requirements Questionnaire clear and understandable to you?

2. Would removing or altering any of the requirements make it easier or more cost-effective for you to provide a supply?

3. Would you revise or restate any of the requirements in the Questionnaire to make them better aligned with standard industry practices?

4. Are you able to submit Firm-Fixed Prices for the requirements stated in the Questionnaire?

All information submitted in response to this Sources Sought is voluntary. No compensation will be provided for responding to this Sources Sought.
