Name of the Contract: Modernization of the hardware and software complex "Automated Information Complex of Educational Management" (HSC "AICEM")

Contract number: LEARN-2.1-AICEM-1

1. Ukraine received the URTF Grant No. TF0C5794 from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. LEARN-2.1-AICEM-1 "Modernization of the hardware and software complex "Automated Information Complex of Educational Management" (HSC "AICEM")" .

2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit sealed proposals for the provision of services for the modernization of the hardware and software complex "Automated Information Complex of Educational Management" (HSC "AICEM"). More detailed information is provided in the Terms of Reference.

The expected duration of the provision of services is 4 (four) months from the date of signing the contract.

3. IBRD requires compliance with the Bank"s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank.

4. The participants must meet the following minimum criteria:

Availability of appropriately qualified employees with the necessary knowledge and experience;

Availability of documented experience in the implementation of similar (similar) contract(s) with respect to the subject of procurement.

5.
