School Education Department, Government of the Punjab is implementing the “Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services’ (GRADES)” project with the assistance of the World Bank for Improvement of educational outcomes which remains a crucial way for Punjab to build human capital. The Project aims to increase girls’ and boys’ participation rates in pre-primary to elementary grades and enhance reading proficiency in primary grades of Punjab’s public schools. School Education Department (SED) now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services:

The detailed TOR can be downloaded from https://schools.punjab.gov.pk. The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, 2023”.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2023”, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours i.e., 0900 to 1700 hours at contact No. 042-99206560.
