        Supply of new 10 metres low-floor electric e-buses, including battery charging infrastructure, spare parts and services up to a total budget of € 3.9 million, VAT and customs duties excluded

        Supply of two-axle e-Buses, new, M3 category, designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers, comprising more than eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat, and having a maximum mass exceeding 5 tons, in accordance with UNECE Regulation n°107. The Trolleybuses shall be with a left-hand steering wheel and a low floor throughout its with stepless access through all passenger doors, as driven by a 100% electric system based on battery, designed as a City type vehicle for the transportation of passengers by streets and roads Category I and III in accordance with DSTU 3587 and DBN V.2.3-5:2018 “Streets and Roads of Human Settlements”, which are intended for nominal static axle load of 115 kN.       4. Description of the procurement:

        Supply of new 10 metres low-floor electric e-buses, including battery charging infrastructure, main spare parts, wearing and consumable spare parts, maintenance and repair equipment and tools, and related services up to a total budget of € 3.9 million, VAT and, if relevant, customs duties excluded, includes the supply of the following:

        - E-Buses low floor 10m (±0,5) length;

        - Battery charging infrastructure;

        - Documentation;

        - E-Bus maintenance and repair equipment and tools;

        - Main spare parts;

        - Consumable and wearable spare parts;

        - Training of Contracting Authority’s personnel;

        - Commissioning (including starting up, if needed) of 10m (±0,5) e-buses.

        Incoterms Delivery conditions: The price of the Goods shall be quoted on the basis of the latest edition of INCOTERMS delivery terms, published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris (EXW for Goods to be supplied from within the Contracting Authority’s country and CIP for Goods to be supplied from outside the Contracting Authority’s country).

        The required date of arrival of the first delivery on the Project Site is no later than: 10 months from the date of the advance payment receipt by the Supplier. The required completion date is no later than: 18 months from the date of the advance payment receipt by the Supplier.

        A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased on the submission of an application at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 EUR (two hundred euros), including VAT, or equivalent in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate on the day of transfer.
