The redevelopment consists of a mixture of 1 beds, 2 beds and 3 beds units totalling up to 35 overall units. A detailed planning application has been submitted for demolition of 36 two/three bed flats and replaced with 35 new homes, consisting of one, two & three bed accommodation for social rent, as well as landscaping, car parking & associated works as planning application reference 3203/23/FUL.
