This Invitation to Tender relates to the provision of a Digital Platform for Wrexham City.

Wrexham County Borough Council, as part of the SMART Towns project, are seeking to use digital equipment and data to make the city centre more efficient and improve services.

Wrexham CBC are seeking to appoint a suitable supplier to provide a digital solution with a consumer facing app for engagement between businesses and consumers, which allows businesses to manage their own content on the platform. This can be a stand-alone platform or a platform used by other towns that allows Wrexham to benefit from the engagement, marketing and sharing of best practice that comes with being part of a network of towns.

The successful supplier will be required to engage on, create and manage this digital platform for Wrexham City. The platform will be used to advertise local businesses, market the City of Wrexham and enhance tourism opportunities.
