** THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT **<br/><br/>NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking to procure the Derby City VCSE Workforce service. This notice intends to identify suppliers who would like to express an interest in providing these services and to invite all interested parties to attend a Market Engagement Event.<br/><br/>This is a local approach to delivery of the Community Mental Health Framework. Derbyshire are in Year 3 of a 3-year programme to transform and co-produce locality based Multi-Disciplinary "Living Well" Teams (MDTs), with significant emphasis on a larger workforce to include peer support workers and wellbeing coaches, which would sit with the VCSE. Derby Wellbeing is part of the Living Well service model which builds on existing Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to encompass a multi-agency team, consisting of colleagues from the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VSCE) sector, social care, health and the voice of lived experience. In Derby City this currently consists of Community Action Derby (CAD), Derby City Council and Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful bidder will also be responsible for the delivery of the local monthly collaborative, to drive the community and networking aspect of the Living Well model.<br/><br/>The event details are as follows:<br/>Date: 24th October 2023<br/>Venue: Online via MS Teams<br/>Time: 12:30pm for a maximum of 2 hours<br/><br/>The Agenda will be:<br/>1 - Welcome and Introductions<br/>2 - Specification & Service Model<br/>3 - Questions<br/>4 - Procurement Process<br/>5 - Questions<br/>6 - Close<br/><br/>If you wish to attend the event, please register on Atamis using the link below. Closer to the event you will receive a calendar invite detailing how to access the event and a link to MS Teams.<br/><br/>Please note interest is limited to three persons per organisation.<br/><br/>To register your interest in this event please visit project C216662 on Atamis: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for confirmation of attendance is 12pm on 23rd October 2023 after which the access details will then be shared.<br/><br/>Soft Market Testing:<br/><br/>Once registered, suppliers will also have the option to answer some questions which asks providers to give feedback about the proposed model and draft Service Specification which can be found in the attachments section of the project on Atamis. Please note, the deadline for providing this feedback is 12pm on 23rd October 2023.<br/><br/>Bidders who have expressed an interest in this soft market testing exercise will have the opportunity to submit a separate response to the Contract Notice as applicable.<br/><br/>Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICB to carry out a procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreements. |
