Abstract:	Appointment of a suitably qualified consultant to produce a Full Business Case for the Museum of Two Halves project that meets the requirements of HM Treasury Green Book for presentation to Wrexham County Borough Council and the Welsh Government. The consultant will also review, challenge and support the development of the Business Plan (being developed internally by WCBC) for the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. The Full Business Case is to be completed for submission to the Gateway Review (Welsh Government) for early 2024. The Museum Business Plan will be submitted to the National Lottery Heritage Fund in February 2024.

2.1 Title

Museum of Two Halves - Full Business Case Author & Advisor on the Museum Business Plan

2.2 Description of the contract

Appointment of a suitably qualified consultant to produce a Full Business Case for the Museum of Two Halves project that meets the requirements of HM Treasury Green Book for presentation to Wrexham County Borough Council and the Welsh Government. The consultant will also review, challenge and support the development of the Business Plan (being developed internally by WCBC) for the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. The Full Business Case is to be completed for submission to the Gateway Review (Welsh Government) for early 2024.
