Description of the goods or services required

The Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) has a requirement for a training provider to provide ICT Training on an ad hoc basis.

The Training Provider would be expected to work proactively with the WRA to provide quality training packages both potentially face to face and virtually and also hybrid. Training will be backed up with work booklets or other written information as necessary

The contract will be let for 24 months with an option to extend for two further periods of up to 12 months.

Call offs would be on an adhoc basis so level of work is not guaranteed. The maximum value for this contract including any extension period is up to 125,000 GBP
