Description of the goods or services required

Aberystwyth Town Council (ATC) would like to renovate the run-down presbytery building of St Winefride"s Church, Aberystwyth (please note this work is just for the presbytery building and does not include the main church building) to create offices and meeting rooms for ATC.

The building is a two-storey rubble stone building (approx. 300sqm of floorspace) currently laid out as a dwelling. This project seeks to repair and refurbish the external historic fabric of the building, whilst converting the internal space into offices and meeting rooms. Whilst this building is not listed, it does sit within the Aberystwyth Conservation Area and has significant heritage value.
