Abstract:	Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC) is seeking quotations from experienced childcare organisations to provide part time Flying Start childcare in the Cyfarthfa area of Merthyr Tydfil, to start as soon as possible. MTCBC wishes to appoint an organisation to offer the funded childcare element of the Flying Start programme in the Cyfarthfa Ward.
