Carmarthenshire County Council are inviting tenders for a consultant to prepare a Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) for Carmarthenshire. as evidence to inform the review of the emerging Revised Local Development Plan 2018 – 2033 (LDP) and the implementation of its landscape policies and will form and act as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG). It will also provide evidence to inform development management decisions on planning applications and other corporate decision making.
