PfH is seeking to establish a framework for recruitment services over 3 lots. Lot 1 will provide recruitment services through a managed service provider. The MSPs appointed to the framework will be required to supply a fully managed recruitment service for temporary, interim and permanent labour requirements across all disciplines and geographical regions. The range of roles required include but are not limited to: — admin and clerical roles — care and support roles — executive roles — housing management roles — professional and technical roles — Soft FM Roles — trades and labour roles The MSPs will be required to supply candidates/workers through their own databank of potential employees or through a network of second tier suppliers. PfH anticipates awarding places on Lot 1 to five suppliers, but reserves the right to award places to a greater or fewer number of suppliers, depending on the bids received. |
