This is a re-issue of VEAT reference 2023/S 000-009493 which was published on 31 March 2023 to advise that the supplier"s name is now Get Swarm"s Limited, and not Digital Transformation Networks LTD as originally published. There was no change of supplier, simply a change of name.

The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights

Explanation:

SEUPB will rely on a derogation - in this case regulation in this case Reg. 32 2 b ii and iii) due to technical and economic reasons in that it is business critical to ensure continuity of Jems support for application assessment and reporting module customisations in line with SEUPB regulatory requirements. The supplier is the only provider who can provide this service.
