II.1.4) Short description

Oxfordshire County Council are commissioning and procuring a Framework for Supported Accommodation for 16-25 years olds to meet the demand of supported accommodation for young people that are in need of this type of service.

Services have been characterised as:

• Shared Supported Housing Accommodation

• Self-Contained Supported Housing Accommodation

• Supported Lodgings

The aim is to launch the tender opportunity in the near future and in preparation for this, Oxfordshire County Council will be hosting a series of virtual and in-person engagement and information sessions for prospective bidders.

The sessions will take please as follows:

1. Friday 9th June (9am-11am) - Microsoft Teams

2. Friday 16th June (1pm -3pm) - Microsoft Teams

3. Thursday 6th July (1:30pm – 3:30pm) In Person at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND

Please note that if more capacity is required for the in-person County Hall date (6th July), we will seek to obtain a larger venue - which will be within Oxfordshire. However, if this is not possible, we will also offer virtual attendance on that date to enable all interested parties to attend.

If you are interested in attending, please email Amy.Withers@Oxfordshire.gov.uk to confirm your attendance. You must confirm your attendance before 17:00 hours on 6th June 2023. Please be aware that you must confirm if you are attending so we have an idea of numbers.
