This Prior Information Notice is to advise that Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (GTR) are looking to procure a single partner for the provision of Taxi services. GTR require a single Taxi service provider for their customers & employees across all 4 GTR brands of Great Northern, Southern, Thameslink & Gatwick Express and their associated regional geographies.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) require a Taxi service for their employees across all 4 GTR brands of Great Northern, Southern, Thameslink & Gatwick Express and their associated regional geographies. The taxi service is to transport GTR’s train drivers/crew/engineers/other staff between their homes and the different stations and depots that they operate from. The objective of the procurement exercise is to obtain a best value for money service whilst also offering improvements to quality and service levels.
