Description
In Herefordshire the Adult Social Care delivery function forms part of the Community Wellbeing Directorate. Our directorate mission is to enable diverse, inclusive, vibrant, connected
communities where people feel safe, keep well and look out for each other. To support the delivery of this mission it is vital to ensure that strengths based practice is fully
embedded and central to the way in which we work.
The purpose of this RFI is to establish whether there are any suitable organisations that are interested in working with us in completing a full Strengths Based Practice review. It is
currently anticipated that this piece of work would need to be completed within a maximum of 12 weeks, with a start date ASAP.
If you are interested in responding to this request for information please go to our e tender portal - and search for the opportunity under Herefordshire
