In accordance with The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) 2012 Regulations and Amendment 2018, the Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires energy assessments and compliance certificates for residential properties within the Vale of Glamorgan area (“the Services”).

Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The Services are initially needed on approximately 400 residential properties. The Council requires a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (“the Supplier”) to complete these initial Services by the end of March 2024. Bidders should note that Services may be required on additional properties during and beyond the December deadline.
