Notification of Award of Contract for:

The works will involve the installation of a type ii structural liner through the 300mm diameter concrete pipe under council and private land as shown on drawing SO1075/001 & 002. There is a section of pipe to be replaced with twin wall high density polyethylene pipe HDPE)between the intake structure and the chamber adjacent to the A472. There is also voids to be fill below the concrete pipe for a length of approximately 40m which will require proposal of installation by the contractor. The project will require correct management of confined space working, water and pollution control, T.M. difficult/ restricted access and egress. The liaison with landowners within Caerphilly County Borough Council.
