The Board has a series of local trade frameworks in place however Mechanical & Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance and the associated Remedial Works has been identified as an area with limited Contract or Framework coverage. In order to reduce the number of individual tenders that the Board has to run relating to this area, we are looking to put a Mechanical and Electrical framework in place covered both PPM and associated remedial works. The scope of the framework will be:
