         Supply and Installation of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) equipment (hardware and software) at the IMPACS JRCC primary site and IMPACS Head Office back-up site and training of staff on the system.

      4. Short description:
         

         An Enterprise Data Management System will be used throughout IMPACS to allow for the effective management of all agency data sets and associated processes throughout the data lifecycle from submission to retention and support compliance operations where necessary. The solution shall form an integral part of the agency’s data protection management plan for the Advance Passenger Information and Advance Cargo Information systems.

         The supplier will be required to supply and install equipment (hardware and software) at the IMPACS JRCC primary site and IMPACS back-up site and provide technical and operator training for IMPACS staff on the equipment.
