        Supply and installation of hardware and software to provide visual analytical capability for synthesizing Advance Passenger Information (API) and Passenger Name Record (PNR) data for sixteen (16) beneficiary States. These are Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and the Dominican Republic. The visual analytical platform must be capable of processing large volumes of data and providing real-time intelligence. Visual analytical software should allow users to process complex relationships among the various data sets rapidly and also facilitate quick visual synthesizing of API and PNR data and provide a secure interface to access, search, analyze and generate reports prior to travelers traversing the border.

        o Single 16core CPU with support for simultaneous multithreading. CPU clock speed should be no less than 2.8GHZ

        o 64GB Memory

        o Minimum 512GB storage (Unformatted) in Raid-1 (SSD) (Operating System)

        o Minimum 8TB storage(unformatted) in Raid-10 (Minimum 10K SAS) (Data)
