Tajikistan Water Supply and Sanitation Investment Project (Phase-1)

According to the Financing Agreement signed between the Republic of Tajikistan and the International Development Association on October 3, 2023, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing the "Tajikistan Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Investment Project (Phase-1)" financed by the World Bank. The objective of the Project is to improve access to safe drinking water services in selected districts and strengthen the capacity of water supply and sanitation sector institutions to improve and enhance service delivery. The Project is the first phase of a program of investments in improving water supply and sanitation services, and its implementation is focused on continued investments in Khatlon province and necessary reforms at the national level. The Ministry of Energy and Water Resources and the State Unitary Enterprise "Khojagii Manziliyu Kommunali" are the project implementing agencies.

The Water Supply and Sanitation Group under the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank to implement the Tajikistan Water Supply and Sanitation Investment Project and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contracts: Lot 1 - computer equipment; and Lot 2 - office furniture.

In this regard, the Water Supply and Sanitation Group under the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan invites Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of goods for (i) Lot 1 - computer equipment; and (ii) Lot 2 - office furniture and related installation and commissioning services.

Interested eligible vendors may receive Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in the Russian language upon submitting a written request to pmu.dw.mewr@gmail.com or to the address below. Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than March 29, 2024, 16:00 (local time).
