The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Early Childhood Development Project to Build Tajikistan’s Human Capital (ECDP and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Purchase and distribution of basic equipment PHCs.
The Project Implementation Group of Early Childhood Development Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Purchase and distribution of basic equipment PHCs

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (July 2016, revised in November 2017, August 2018) - Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Group of Early Childhood Development Project, Chief Procurement Specialist, Mr. Muso Sayfulloev and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 a.m. to 17: 00 p.m. at the address 35 Sheroz street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.

5. The bidding document in English language may be received by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail in PDF format.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address State Committee for Investment and State Property Management; address: Sh. Shotemur 27 Street, Tender Box #3 before deadline 27.02.2023; 2:00 p.m. local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address State Committee for Investment and State Property Management; address: Sh. Shotemur 27 Street on 27.02.2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 40 000 US Dollars or its equivalent in local or any convertible currency.

8. “Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”
