         EK 1: Die Anbieterin verfügt über genügend Erfahrung in Projekten, die mit dem vorliegenden Auftrag hinsichtlich Aufgabenstellung und Anforderungen, Umfang und Komplexität vergleichbar sind. Sie weist diese Erfahrung anhand von 2 Referenzobjekten nach, die nicht älter als 10 Jahre seit Abschluss (Stichtag= Frist zur Eingabe der Angebote [Eingabedatum]) sind und unten aufgeführte Auftragswerte BKP 211 aufweisen.

         Die Anforderungen an Referenzobjekte bezüglich Aufgabenstellung und Anforderungen, Umfang und Komplexität vergleichbar sind:

         - Referenz1: Auftragswert BKP 211 grösser CHF 10’000"000 exkl. MWST

         - Referenz 2: Auftragswert BKP 211 grösser CHF 5’000"000 exkl. MWST

         Der Nachweis zur Erfüllung des Eignungskriteriums kann bei einer ARGE dahingehend erfolgen, dass einzelne Referenzobjekte durch ein Mitglied der ARGE nachgewiesen wird.

         Sofern keine ARGE gebildet wird und Subunternehmungen eingesetzt werden, muss den Angebotsunterlagen eine verbindliche Vereinbarung der Unternehmungen über die Zusammenarbeit beigelegt werden. Ansonsten werden Referenzangaben der Subunternehmungen nicht anerkannt und können nicht zur Erfüllung des Eignungskriteriums beitragen.

         EK 2: Die Anbieterin verfügt über genügend Ressourcen zur Ausführung der angebotenen Leistungen in der vorgesehenen Zeit und weist diese adäquat und verbindlich nach. Den Angebotsunterlagen liegt ein entsprechender Nachweis bei, dem die zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen plausibel entnommen werden können.
