         EK 1:Erfüllung der im Pflichtenheft aufgeführten MUSS-Anforderungen.

         EK 2: Nachweis des Anbieters von 2 Referenzaufträgen, Auslieferung Forst-Systemschlepper in der Schweiz, in den vergangenen 5 Jahren, Stichdatum «Frist zur Einreichung des Angebotes»

         EK 3: Nachweis des Anbieters über eine Service- bzw. Wartungsstation in der Region Basel, welche in max. 45 Minuten durch das anzuschaffende Fahrzeug zu erreichen ist.

         EK 4: Bestätigung des Anbieters, dass die Maschine mit all ihren Komponenten typengeprüft und vor der Ablieferung bei der Motorfahrzeugkontrolle beider Basel in Münchenstein abgenommen bzw. zur Einlösung zugelassen wurde.

         EK 5: Bestätigung des Anbieters über die Einhaltung sämtlicher gesetzlich verlangten Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Die Prüfungen und Kontrollen sämtlicher Sicherheitszertifizierungen wie der Kabinen-, Heck- und Dachscheiben müssen nachgewiesen werden.

         EK 6: Bestätigung des Anbieters, dass die Ersatzteilversorgung für Standardteile innerhalb von 24 Stunden ab Bestellung und über einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren ab Auslieferung des Fahrzeugs gewährleistet ist.

         EK 7: Bestätigung des Anbieters, dass das Fahrzeug die Verordnung vom 19. Juni 1995 über die technischen Anforderungen an Strassenfahrzeuge (VTS) und die Verordnungen der SUVA verbindlich einhält.
