         Die Frauenklinik an der Effingerstrasse 102, gebaut 1999 - 2002, des Inselspitals Bern soll in der Haustechnik, Brandschutz, Gebäudehülle und Erdbebenertüchtigung instandgesetzt werden. Um damit den heutigen Anforderungen sicherheits-, bau- und haustechnisch und, soweit moeglich, energetisch zu entsprechen. Die Massnahmen erfolgen in den Bereichen HLKKSE, Spitalmedien, Notstromversorgung, Gebäudehülle, Energie, Brandschutz und Erdbebensicherheit. Spitalverträgliche Realisierung der Instandsetzungsarbeiten. Das Projekt IFKL verfolgt im Wesentlichen die Zielsetzungen: Statische Ertüchtigung der Südfassade (separates Projekt innerhalb dem Bauperimeter). Und die atmosphär. und techn. Sanierung der Geschosse und Räume zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Spitalbetriebes. Das Gebäude an der Effingerstrasse 102 wurde komplett stillgelegt.
