      3. Technical and professional ability:

         E1: Wirtschaftlich und technische Leistungsfähigkeit. Angaben zum Anbieter über alle Geschäftsprozesse, wie Bestellungen, Lieferprozesse, Sonderausrüstungen, Zahlungsverkehr.

         E2: Der Anbieter ist Fahrzeughersteller oder offizieller Automobilimporteur für die Schweiz. Als Automobilimporteur muss er Inhaber der Typenbescheinigung für das angebotene Fahrzeug sein.

         E3: Der Anbieter besitzt ein Servicenetz in der Schweiz.

         E4: Die Servicestellen des Anbieters gewährleisten Wartungs-, Diagnose- und Instandstellungsarbeiten. Die Servicestellen verfügen über die komplette Infrastruktur für die Durchführung der damit verbundenen Tätigkeiten.

         E5: Der Anbieter garantiert die Ersatzteilversorgung innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Eingang der Bestellung und, dass diese während mindestens 15 Jahren nach Lieferung des Fahrzeuges gewährleistet ist.

         E6: Der Anbieter bestätigt die Sicherstellung eines Konfigurationsmanagements von technischen und organisatorischen Massnahmen zur Identifizierung, Lenkung und Rückverfolgung eines Produkts.

         E7: Der Anbieter bestätigt, mit dem Bedarfsträger die Modalitäten für die Instandstellung sowie für die Ersatzteillieferungen zu vereinbaren.

         E8: Der Anbieter autorisiert die Werkhöfe des Tiefbauamts des Kantons Bern, sämtliche anfallenden Wartungs- und Instandstellungsarbeiten durch ausgebildetes Fachpersonal ausführen zu lassen.

         Das Fachpersonal muss durch den Anbieter ausgebildet werden.

         E9: Der Anbieter oder der Fahrzeughersteller verfügt über ein gültiges Qualitätsmanagement-System nach ISO 9001 oder gleichwertig.
