Beställaren har fått i uppdrag av Haninge kommun att tillsammans med en upphandlad Totalentreprenör (TE) ta fram alternativa beslutsunderlag för byggnation av ny simhall i Haninge inom Torvalla området och under förutsättning att beslut fattas projektera och bygga föreslagen anläggning. Entreprenaden omfattar arbete i tre (3) faser, vilka redovisas nedan:

Fas 0: utgör en utrednings-, program- och kostnadsbedömningsfas baserad på ABK 09. Programarbetet kommer drivas i samråd mellan parterna.

Fas 1: utgör en projekterings- och kalkylfas baserad på ABK 09. Under denna fas avses projekteringen att drivas vidare i samråd mellan parterna

Fas 2: utgör en produktionsfas baserad på ABT 06.
