         Härmed inbjuds intressenter att lämna anbudsansökan i upphandlingen Fastighetssystem (lokalbolag)

         med DNR 2023-00061 baserat på upphandlande myndighets (UM) behov av systemstöd för lokal- och fastighetsförvaltning.

         Upphandlingen genomförs som ett förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering.

         Upphandlingsförfarande

         Upphandlingen genomförs i enlighet med reglerna om förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering enligt 6 kap. i lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling.

         Enligt detta förfarande har UM möjlighet, men inte skyldighet, att förhandla med anbudsgivarna i steg 2 och det är därför viktigt att alla krav och villkor följs enligt förfrågningsunderlag för såväl steg 1 som steg 2.

         Hel eller uppdelad upphandling

         Anbudsansökan ska lämnas för hela upphandlingen dvs. endast hel anbudsansökan (steg 1) och helt anbud (steg 2) accepteras.

         Alternativa anbud

         Anbudsansökan eller anbud med alternativa utföranden kommer inte tas upp till prövning.

         Frågor och svar
