         Upphandlingens omfattning

         Upphandlingen avser konsultstöd inklusive licensförsörjning för beslutsstödsystemet Qlik Sense. Qlear MyInsight (dashboard) eller likvärdigt ska också kunna tillhandahållas.Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla och leverera licenser, integration mot andra system, installation och konfiguration samt support och underhåll av Qlik Sense.Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla och leverera licenser, integration mot andra system, installation och konfiguration samt support och underhåll av Qlear MyInsight (dashboard) eller likvärdigt.

         I dagsläget har Landskrona stad 498 Qlik Sense Analyzer Users och 32 Qlik Sense Professionell Users. Antalet användare kan komma att ändras över tid.

         Volymen är cirka 850 000 kr per år. UM lämnar ingen garanti för gällande omfattning under avtalsperioden, utan omfattningen kan komma att förändras under denna period.

         Maximal volym för ramavtalet är 6 000 000 kr. När köp på detta avtal uppgått till maxvolymen upphör avtalet att gälla och en ny upphandling kommer att genomföras. Maxvolymen ska inte förväxlas med uppskattad omfattning för upphandlingen.

         Qlik Sense och Qlear MyInsight (dashboard) är utvecklat för att kommunicera med UM:s samtliga system. De system som hanteras specificeras under punkt 4.3. Det åligger Anbudsgivaren att på egen bekostnad erhålla kunskap om de olika datasystemen i Landskrona stad.

         Avtalstiden är ett (1) år med möjlighet att förlänga upp till tre (3) år med ett (1) år i taget. Tidigast startdatum för avtalet är 2024-05-22.Startdatum för avtalet kan bli uppskjutet vid en eventuell överprövning och vid händelser som UM rimligen inte kunnat förutse. Den totala avtalstiden kommer att vara oförändrad.
