         Lidingö stad, stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla ramavtal avseende en digital plattform för hantering samt inköp av digitala läromedel till Lidingö stad (staden).

         Lidingö stad har idag elva (11) kommunala grundskolor samt en (1) gymnasieskola och cirka 5800 elever. Avtalet omfattar samtliga skolor.

          

         Avtalet omfattar inte tryckta läromedel.

         Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose stadens behov av en digital plattform för hantering samt inköp av digitala läromedel genom tydlig information, enkla beställnings- och betalningsrutiner samt till prisvärd kvalitet.

         Målet är att få ett ramavtal med en leverantör som använder väl utvecklade rutiner och erbjuder konkurrensmässiga priser även för sådana tjänster som inte har prissatts i anbudet. 

          

         Inköpsvolymen uppskattas till 5 500 000 SEK och kommer inte överstiga 7 000 000 SEK exklusive moms (takvolym) för hela avtalstiden.

         Detta är endast en uppskattning och staden utlovar ingen garanterad volym. Avrop kommer att ske efter behov.
