         Försvarsmakten har ett behov av att köpa in vindskydd till verksamhetens avfallskärl som är placerade på olika avfallsstationer (ej miljöstationer) runt om på Berga, Muskö och Väddö. Avfallskärl nyttjas av fartyg/farkoster och behöver därför vara placerade i direkt anslutning till dessa. Behovet har uppkommit då det i regel uppstår vindar vars styrka varierar men likväl kan få avfallskärlen att blåsa iväg från sin ursprungsposition. Detta medför att det är av stor vikt att avfallskärlen har erforderligt skydd som kan skydda avfallskärlen under årets alla olika årstider/väder.

         Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet är en (1) MSEK per år. Den uppskattade volymen är baserad på avrop/undersökningar som har gjorts det senaste året. Försvarsmakten garanterar inte någon volym eller antal uppdrag under ramavtalstiden. Takvolymen för ramavtalet uppgår till maximalt 25 % över uppskattat värde under hela den möjliga ramavtalstiden. Takvolym är inte samma sak som den uppskattade volymen för ramavtalet.  

          

         Upphandlingen har en geografisk avgränsning och avser endast verksamhetsorterna Berga, Muskö och Väddö. Övriga orter som Försvarsmakten har i andra geografiska områden kommer upphandlas separat om behov uppkommer.
