         Byggnaden har uppnått sin tekniska livslängd och är i stort behov av en större byggnadsteknisk upprustning samt utbyte av samtliga tekniska installationer. 

         För att verksamheten ska kunna fungera under ombyggnadstiden ingår det i entreprenaden att uppföra en tillfällig brandstation av moduler och tält på anvisad plats vid S:t Görans sjukhus. Även av-etablering av den tillfälliga brandstationen samt återställning av mark ingår.
