Säljaren ska i sitt anbud offerera fast pris för serviceavtal med gränsbelopp per hiss. Samtliga hissar som finns i bifogad hissförteckningen ska ingå, hissar kan tillkomma eller avgå under avtalsperioden. Säljaren ska genomföra förebyggande underhåll i den omfattning som krävs för att upprätthålla sådan god kvalitet som krävs för att uppnå funktionskraven. Det förebyggande underhållet ska även vara anpassat till hissen användningsområde. Service ska göras (en) 1 g per år/per hiss om inte annan överenskommits med köparen. Vid behov av fler besök än (en) 1 g per år ska kontakt tas med köparen.

Med gränsbelopp menas att samtliga åtgärder upp till 7 000 kr per tillfälle och hiss ska ingå i det serviceavtal per hiss som offereras. Med samtliga åtgärder avses service, reparationer, felavhjälpning och utbyte av delar samt eventuell omprogrammering av nödtelefon. Undantaget är skador som uppstått till följd av skadegörelse.
