         Statens inköpscentral vid Kammarkollegiet välkomnar leverantörer att lämna anbud i upphandlingen av Mobiltelefoner.

         Upphandlingen omfattar mobiltelefoner och tillbehör samt tillhörande tjänster. Avropsformen kommer vara kombinerad med förnyad konkurrensutsättning och en särskild fördelningsnyckel för en fördefinierad produktkorg.

         Upphandlingen avser ramavtal som kan nyttjas av alla statliga myndigheter, ett antal andra upphandlande myndigheter samt regioner och kommuner som lämnat bekräftelse. Sex (6) ramavtalsleverantörer kommer att tilldelas under förutsättning att så många anbud uppfyller ställda krav. Tilldelning av kontrakt sker enligt kombinerad avropsordning, det vill säga efter en särskild fördelningsnyckel och efter en förnyad konkurrensutsättning beroende på avropets omfattning och innehåll. Tilldelningsbeslut beräknas fattas i början av 2024.

         Upphandlingen omfattar mobiltelefoner och tillbehör samt tillhörande tjänster. Avropsformen kommer vara kombinerad med förnyad konkurrensutsättning och en särskild fördelningsnyckel för en fördefinierad produktkorg, beroende på avropets omfattning och innehåll.

         Upphandlingen kommer att resultera i ett ramavtal där alla statliga myndigheter och ett antal andra upphandlande myndigheter, samt regioner och kommuner som deltar genom lämnad bekräftelse, kommer att kunna tillgodose sina behov av mobiltelefoner och tillhörande tjänster. Kammarkollegiet uppskattar omsättningen på ramavtalet till totalt 1 250 000 000 SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt under dess löptid om 48 månader. Kammarkollegiet kommer att tilldela ramavtal till sex (6) ramavtalsleverantörer under förutsättning att så många anbud uppfyller ställda krav.
