Ekerö kommun upphandlar driften av två bostäder med särskild service enligt lagen (1993:387) om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS).

Uppdraget avser att driva båda bostäderna med särskild service enligt LSS § 9:9 för vuxna tillhörande personkrets 1, det vill säga personer med autismspektrumtillstånd samt intellektuell funktionsnedsättning.

Nuvarande utförare för Solbackens gruppbostad och Roshagens servicebostad är Attendo LSS AB.

Solbackens gruppbostad:

Solbacken är en gruppbostad som är belägen i ett naturskönt område på Adelsö. Solbacken omfattar en byggnad med fyra lägenheter och utrymmen för gemenskap och personal samt en anslutande annexbyggnad med två lägenheter. Samtliga lägenheter är i markplan. Till enheten tillhör även en garagebyggnad som idag används som förråd. Till Adelsö kommer man med allmän färjeled.

Roshagens servicebostad:

Roshagen är en servicebostad som är belägen i Skärvik på Ekerö. Boendet ligger i anslutning till ett bostadsområde med närhet till friluftsområdet Jungfrusundsåsen. Roshagen omfattar fyra byggnader varav en byggnad med två lägenheter, en byggnad med tre lägenheter och en byggnad med en lägenhet samt utrymmen för gemenskap och personal. Samtliga lägenheter är i markplan. Till enheten tillhör även en separat byggnad med förrådsutrymmen, källsorteringsrum och undercentral.
