Region Gotland har för avsikt att ingå avtal med GE Healthcare Sverige AB avseende uppgradering av befintligt EKG-lagringsystem, och vill genom denna förhandsinsyn bereda möjlighet för andra aktörer att ta del av denna information. EKG-lagringssystemet tillhandahålls idag av GE vilket medför att de är den enda aktören som tillhandahålla nödvändig uppgradering.

Regionen har, efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016: 1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 2 och detta meddelande, för avsikt att ingå avtal med GE Healthcare Sverige AB org. nr. 556603-3139 uppgradering av befintligt EKG-lagringsystem. Avtal kommer inte ingås förrän minst 10 dagar har gått från den dagen annonsen om förhandsinsyn publicerats.
