VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Beställaren godkänner kompensation för de kraftiga kostnadsökningarna på främst drivmedel som läget i världen orsakat sedan upphandlingen 2021. Vi anser att entreprenören inte kunnat

räkna med dessa i anbudsskedet. Priserna justeras från 2023-01-15 istället för 2024-01-01. Vi använder index och håller oss så nära avtalets innebörd som möjligt.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Kostnadsökningar på drivmedel som entreprenören inte kunnat räkna med, då upphandlingen genomfördes över ett år innan avtalsstart.

På det totala medför avtalsändringen inga kostnadsökningar, utan entreprenören får ta del av de uppräknade priserna tidigare än ursprungligen avtalat.
