         Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för upphandlingskonsulter för genomförande av upphandlingar till Eslövs kommun.

         Inbjudan

         Eslövs kommun, inbjuder intresserade Leverantörer till anbudsgivning avseende Upphandlingskonsulter.

         Upphandlingens omfattning

         Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för upphandlingskonsulter för genomförande av upphandlingar.

         Antagna Leverantörer kan förvänta sig en variation av långa/medellånga uppdrag men ska även kunna efterfrågas kompetens till kortare uppdrag med kort varsel. Uppdragen kan omfatta genomförandet av hela eller delar av upphandlingsprocessen.

         Samtliga anbudsförfaranden enligt LOU, LUF, LOV och LUK kan komma att vara aktuella för upphandlingsuppdragen.

         Förväntat antal uppdrag per område:

         Anbudsområde 1 - Varor och tjänster: 6 upphandlingar/år

         Anbudsområde 2 - Byggentreprenader och tekniska konsulter: 30 upphandlingar/år

         Anbudsområde 3 - IT och digitala tjänster: 5 upphandlingar/år

         Kunden lämnar ingen garanti för samma omfattning under avtalsperioden. Omfattningen kan komma att förändras under avtalsperioden. Antal uppdrag kan komma att understiga och överstiga den angivna volymen ovan. Maximal volym Maximal volym för ramavtalet är 6 000 000 SEK under hela ramavtalets livslängd. När köp enligt ramavtalet uppgått till det maximala värdet eller antalet så kommer ramavtalet automatiskt upphöra att gälla. Ramavtalets upphörande påverkar inte giltigheten av avtal som ingåtts dessförinnan.

         Observera att varken uppskattade volymer eller maximal volym innebär någon utfästelse eller garanti för att en viss volym eller kvantitet kommer att avropas.
