        • Remote operation and monitoring (24-7)

        • Predictive maintenance

        • Preventive maintenance

        • Corrective maintenance

        • Blade maintenance

        • SCADA maintenance

        • Monthly reporting of the above tasks

        • Review of availability

        The Supplier shall obtain and deliver to the Buyer an irrevocable Performance Security for proper performance under the Contract, in an amount corresponding to 25% of the yearly payment for Services under the Contract.

        Invoicing takes place four (4) times a year by the end of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) for the previous 3 months.
