         Vaxholms stad avser att upphandla ramavtal för gatuskötsel.

         Ramavtalet avser entreprenadarbeten för skötsel och mindre nyanläggning av Vaxholms stads gatumiljöer, inkl. diken, slänter och vägren. Samt hårdgjorda ytor invid gatumiljöer, såsom, g/c vägar, parkeringsplatser o,dyl.

         Vaxholms stad avser att upphandla ramavtal med en leverantör. Avtalet ska ha en löptid om maximalt 6 år, inklusive förlängningar. 

         Staden har valt att tillämpa en längre total ramavtalstid än 4 år, eftersom entreprenaden innebär större investeringskostnader avseende maskinpark för E, samt att det tar viss tid för E att lära sig hur stadens olika ytor och arealer är förskaffade. En god lokalkännedom är också en viktig förutsättning för att kunna utföra entreprenadarbetena på ett effektivt sätt. B har också en investeringskostnad i form av ny/omarbetad etableringsareal, omläggning av informationsmaterial samt nya rutiner till och från invånare, turister och näringsidkare i kommunen.
